The original building on the waterfront, the dormitory provides basic shared accommodation for classes, as well as individual researchers. It can house 19 people in 7 bedrooms with five toilets, three showers, a large communal kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities, and a small classroom.
Two bungalows are located on the waterfront alongside the dormitory. These are convenient for researchers wanting to be close to wet labs or for instructors with a class using the dormitory. Each bungalow has two rooms with a shared bathroom in between and a kitchen on the deck.
The two-bedroom hillside bungalows have a large air-conditioned master bedroom/office, a sleeping loft, a private mezzanine, an open kitchen/living room area, a bathroom, and a spacious deck. The bungalows normally sleep 4 people (maximum 5).
